Skoda is adding a brand-new model to its portfolio of electric vehicles, but it's nothing that really surprises us. The 295 horsepower, two-motor drive is now available for the standard Enyag after the Enyaq Coupe was already offered as an RS IV. The fact that the remaining model's characteristics are so similar to those of the coupe is likewise not surprising. The peak speed is electronically regulated at 180 kmph, and the system torque is 460 Nm. According to WLTP, the coupe is expected to have a range of 520 km, compared to more than 500 km for the standard Enyag thus far.

The high-gloss black paint on the accessory components that contribute to the RS appearance is distinctive. They are the radiator grille, the front apron attachments, the window frames, the mirror caps, the rear diffuser, the Skoda emblem, and the model indication on the back. The red reflector in the rear apron spans the whole width of the car, and the side skirts are body colour. Exclusive green RS badges are added to the front fenders. The Crystal Face, which uses 131 LEDs to backlight the radiator grille, is another piece of standard equipment on the Enyaq RS. Additionally standard are LED rear lights and full LED matrix main headlights. Only the RS versions are eligible for the striking Mamba Green non-metallic paint treatment.

The 82 kWh battery allows the electric automobile to go from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 6.5 seconds. Only the RS has access to the "Traction" driving option, which is designed for driving on solid roads or slick surfaces. The Enyaq RS naturally includes RS-specific gear since it is an RS model. The vehicle comes equipped with 20-inch alloy wheels and sports suspension. The wheel arches can even accommodate 21 inches on request and for an extra fee.

The Enyaq RS IV's market launch date has not yet been announced by Skoda. When it comes to costs, the Czechs are similarly keeping a low profile. However, the Enyaq Coupe RS IV should again set the tone in this regard.

Among other features, carbon-look ornamental strips on the instrument panel and door panels, aluminum-design pedal covers, heated sports seats with integrated headrests, and an embroidered RS badge all contribute to the interior's sporty aspect. Additionally, the buyer has a choice between the RS Lounge and the RS Suite, two design variations. The Lounge prefers microfiber surfaces while the Suite prefers real leather.
