Sundaram-Clayton Limited (SCL), a TVS Group Company, and an Indian manufacturer and supplier of aluminium die-cast products to domestic and global automotive OEMs has declared August 16 and 17, 2019 as non-working days for its Padi factory. This is due to a business slowdown across sectors.
SCL had recently announced the inauguration of its first overseas facility in South Carolina, USA, through its subsidiaries. The Facility was expected to significantly enhance its ability to serve its customers in North America, its biggest export market. Establishing SCL as a global player from India.
