Saera Electric Auto Opens Its New Manufacturing Plant In Bawal, Haryana

The plant was earlier Harley Davidson’s maiden manufacturing plant in India and is spread over five acres of land.

Starting in 2011, electric three-wheeler manufacturer, Saera Electric Auto (SEAPL) has commenced its new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Bawal in Haryana. The plant, which was earlier Harley Davidson’s maiden manufacturing plant in India and is spread over five acres of land.

This plant is an addition to the company's existing plant at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The new plant at Bawal has a production capacity of around two lakhs units of electric two-wheelers and 36,000 units of electric three-wheelers in a year and is equipped with advanced engineering tools and equipment for manufacturing electric vehicles. 

SEAPL manufactures electric three-wheelers like e-rickshaw and e-cart loaders and was the first company to introduce e-rickshaw in India with its brand Mayuri,

Apart from this, the company also manufactures low-speed e-scooters under the brand Yogo Bikes.
