Isuzu Motors India Receives Approval To Commence Production From Its Sricity Plant

The company has begun preparations to restart activities at the plant and aims to start supply of vehicles at the earliest

Isuzu Motors India, announced today that it has received approval from the authorities of the Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh, to recommence production at its plant in SriCity.

The company has begun preparations to restart activities at the plant and aims to start the supply of vehicles at the earliest. It will co-ordinate with all Component Manufacturers to serve both the domestic and export customers.

Isuzu Motors India Private Limited (IMI), a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Limited, Japan, was established in August 2012. Headquartered in Chennai, the company sells the popular pickup truck ISUZU D-MAX V-Cross and the ISUZU mu-X  and variants of ISUZU D-MAX pick-ups – S-CAB and Regular Cab, for the commercial segment.
